Frequently Asked Questions

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECREIVE MY ORDER?

It depends on the type of the item and method of shipment, but generally it takes one to two weeks to receive your order. For more details on production times and shipping methods, please see below. Please note that during holiday seasons, shipping carriers can experience delays that are beyond our control.

CAN ORDERS BE CANCELED/ REFUNDED?  

Orders of prints and merchandise are not refundable, because these items go into production immediately after the order is placed. However, we will provide a no charge replacement for any orders that arrive defective or damaged in shipping. If there is an issue with your print product, please email info@annazubets.com. For policy on returns or exchanges of original paintings, please see below.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS? 

PRINTS 

Prints are fulfulled automatically by our print lab partners and shipped directly from them to you. Shipping times range from 3-7 business days, which does not include time necessary for production. 

ORIGINALS

Originals are shipped by the artist and will arrive within 14 days of purchase. 

WHAT ARE YOUR PRINT PRODUCTION TIMES?   

Prints and merchandise are made to order by our print lab partners. Production times vary, depending on the type of the item. They are usually ready within a week, but may take as long as ten days to be ready for shipment, particularly during the holiday season. If you would like to check on the status of your order, or get a time estimate for a particular item, please email info@annazubets.com. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES OF ORIGINAL PAINTINGS?

For original paintings, if you are unhappy for any reason, you can return the piece - however, there is a 15% restocking fee to cover nonrefundable handling, shipping and transaction charges. You will need to ship the item back to us in its original packaging at your own expense. If you would like a partial refund on the original painting you purchased, subject to these terms, please email info@annazubets.com within 14 days of purchase. Since it is expensive to ship and return an original painting, we strongly encourage you to email info@annazubets.com PRIOR to purchase. We will provide a free consultation, offer additional photos and/or videos, and arrange to view the piece live (if feasible) to make absolutely sure that the original you are purchasing is a good fit for your home.

I LIKE THE ORIGINAL PAINTING BUT I NEED TO KNOW/ SEE MORE TO BE SURE. WHO CAN I CONTACT?

As stated above, we strongly encourage you to email info@annazubets.com PRIOR to placing an order for an original painting. We will provide a free consultation, offer additional photos and/or videos, and even arrange to view the piece live, if feasible. We want to make absolutely sure that you will be happy with your painting. Please see return/ refund policy above.
